Yoko, real name Yazawa Youko (矢沢洋子), was born November 12, 1985 in Tokyo, Japan. She is a singer-songwriter and the eldest daughter of the famous Japanese singer-songwriter Yazawa Eikichi.
At the age of 12 she moved with her family to Los Angeles to return back for college. She made her professional debut in Autumn 2008 and has since then been part of the band The Generous.
